What do they call the positions that no one ran for? There is a specific term for it similar to the common usage of "uncontested" for the positions in which only one person runs.

I actually heard of a position that recently went unfilled, not because no one ran, but because no one voted. The only candidate on the ballot forgot to vote for himself.
