What are the normal dimensions of a queen size mattress?

I'm gonna build a platform bed from scratch, and am trying to figure out the size needed to accomodate a queen size mattress.

60" wide by 80" long is the standard size for queen.

Go to the manufacture web site all brands are not the same . It might be by only.32 cm but it is different.

if the topper is as tall as the cab, you might be able to fit it in if you put it in diagonally. (just an estimate)
