i am pretty new to ballet, i am taking it as an adult. I just love the look of leotards, there are lots of pretty colors that I have sceen. As a guy may i wear a leotard to class?
any feedback would help

i usually do wear tights, but never a leotard.

If you want to cross-dress - get a color that looks good on you. Otherwise - I don't think men wear colored leotards to class. I've never seen an actual men's leotard anywhere sold on line as typical practicewear. If you want a tight men's shirt that is one piece with the undergarment you might want to look into Latin ballroom costumes. Those are sewn with more room in the right place.

guys typically don't wear leotards unless they are professional ballet dancers. I would say just to stay with a t-shirt and shorts to class.

men don't usually wear leotards because it uncomfortable for them. but if you want to go see if it is okay to wear a leotard and if it is okay go ahead and get one. if you want more after that then more. i hope you have fun in ballet : )

acutually in ballet schools, men have to wear leotards, but if you dont feel you would be comfortable in them, wear tights, i am a girl, but i have seen guys were both.

go ahead and wear but i would wear soem shorts or something over it
