You should drink a lot of liquids it will help with your milk supply.

Absolutely! Three liters a day, four if it's really hot out! I can't stand drinking water, so choking down a gallon a day was tough when I nursed my three kids, but I could tell when I didn't. My milk came in weaker, and my kids wanted to nurse more.
