I am the same way. Well there are many ways to lose weight, but I recommend
1. Dieting- Eat no junk food for 8 weeks and eat healthy and size your meals carefully. You should eat at least 3 times a day 6 times max and make sure your meals dont exceed 600 calories.
2.Drink lots of water!
3. Cardio, Cardio, and more Cardio.
4.Think positive.

To loss weight you definately do not give up eating as that will put your body into stavation mode and store fat for you to sevice. You want to eat up to 6 small meals a day eat little and often. Eat slowly and conciencely. Try to enjoy food and let your body tell you when you are full rather then eating really fast and not realising you are full so you feel bloated and uncomfoprtable, Do regular exercise even if thats only a brisk walk. Take up walking to work pub ect leave the car at home. Eat lots of proteins and vegetables fish and chicken without skin are good. Cut down or out fats and sweets. You will find the sandwitch tastes the same with or without butter
Or you can do like me and get surgery so I will always eat small meals. After 40 years of knowing all the right rules but still being fat it was right for me. What ever you do I wish you the very best of luck. I am sure you are lovely and should have more confidence in yourself

First, realize that if you are eating too much, you need to get a handle on it, but realize being overweight isn't the end of the world. I used to hate it, but I've recently started finding cute clothes and dressing up a little more... it's not so bad at all. Lots of guys out there want a girl with a little meat on her, and people weren't meant to look like sticks anyway. If you really love food, just limit yourself to how much you're eating, if you eat because it's something to do or to distract you, find another thing to do.

Eat a healthy diet. If you are over weight, perhaps consult a dietitian or nutritionist? They should be able to tell you how to control what you eat or what to cut down on. eg fatty foods.
And exercise! you don't have to go swimming, a brisk walk works as well. I read somewhere that a walk is actually better for you than swimming....
There a loads of different types of exercises, you just need to find one you like and stick to it.

you have to become happy with yourself first. You are obviously a great person with lots of guy friends already. Getting comfortable with yourself first will allow you to exercise and keep off the weight b/c you wont eat it back on b/c you arent happy with your life regardless of your weight. Also do yourself a favor and look up a height/weight chart to get an average on how much is healthy to lose, you probably arent as heavy as you think.

I'm overweight to, I recently starting walking on a treadmill. It all depends on the person and how much you want to lose. Don't get depress about your weight start doing something about it. I look at myself in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. That is when I start exercising.

Shifting weight is easy - 1st love yourself 4 the way you look - squeeze yourself and massage all the rolls n bumps , being big feels lovely.
Then drink lots of water - eat veg, eat fruit, walk a lot - try stretching, walk tall - think about everything you eat - does it have sugar - does it have fat ?
Eat everything in moderation - Dont do fad diets - Good Luck ! * *

i bet ur not nearly as fat as you think u are. just eat healthy and dont worry 2 much or u will start 2 comfort eat. try and b happy with hu u are. if ur friends r being mean about ur weight then they dont deserve 2 be ur m8 any more!

maybe you could change your diet and try some light exercise to start with,maybe join a slimming group so you are not alone and there are other people in the same situation as you and you can talk to them,don't be so hard on yourself and take it slowly,
