Do Sega Genesis is still in sale in USA?

In my country still is some places where could be bought sega genesis and very cheap, I'm asking this because some people said they would give even a 100 bugs for old good sega, is it really so that in USA it's not in sale anymore? And..how much would you give for sega console if you would be fan?
