Having a son in college....I cannot comprehend how a school like Virginia Tech could allow the gunman to have an additional 2 hours to go on his savage and cowardly rampage. They sent out a freaking e-mail, saying everything was under control...and cautioning the students to be careful. They should get rid of him, and anyone else who backed up his decision that ended the lives of such young people. ( I am assuming the dean of the university was the one who sent out the e-mail).

I didn't hear how many were injured but I know that 33 have been confirmed dead. This is all so sad and tragic.

Yes, I heard and still reading more about it, but be careful some of these hypocrites here are all so crying about the carnage that they call you names for not felling sad about the event. Humans are humans, and humans killing humans is an everyday event in this world.

maybe now some conservative lawmakers who believe an AK-47 is just for sport hunting......... And maybe they can now pass a real law that is a little tougher than a 3 day waiting period before a 10 year old can get a UZI.......

Maybe we can stop worrying about what some old white guy says about black people on radio and focus on real issues like guns and how can someone walk around over the course of 3 hours and kill 40 ppl.....

Wake up america....ppl dont use your precious guns to hunt deer they are hunting each other....

Yes and it is so sad. What is wrong with people these days. Life is more valuable than that. People need to wake up and start taking life seriously. Not waste it.
