You have to be more specific. What "problem" is of concern?

When I was growing up, the "experts" said we'd be out of gas by now. And they warned us that the new Ice age was coming. And we learned how to "duck and cover" from the Nukes that were going to rain down on us from Russia or Cuba or China.

We still have plenty of gas, the Ice age has reversed itself into global warming, and somehow, the threat that prompted our national leaders to teach every school child to "duck and cover" magically dissappeared.

So what problem of today do you think is insurmountable?

I would love to appeal to each and every millionare in the world to donate a million and really make this world a better place.
Tackle third world, poverty, drought, disease and encourage the world to go green. The problem (and even though it has huge benefits ) is media and advertising and because there are so many out there wanting a slice of the cake, it will continue to be a problem. We reap what we sow and one day its our future chidren and grandchildren who will suffer.

The best bet to save the planet is for the humans to wipe themselves out and let the animals rule once again.

.Recycle, think about what you buy, do you NEED it, what has it cost the environment to produce and transport it for your needs. If we ALL did this it would help, but no snowflake feels responsible for an avalanche, we need to spread the word !!! Now do your bit, turn off that PC - the lights, the music or TV, and go to bed, saving both electric and your own energy!!! lol I am going now - night night !

Replace machines that run on fossil fuels with machines that run on hydrogen, biomass or electricity.
Reduce, reuse, recycle.
Write letters to politicians and newspapers voicing your concerns.
Stop buying products from companies who destroy the environment.
Support environmental groups.
Inform yourself so that you can inform others.
Promote alternative power sources.
Put pressure on the government to reduce corporate destruction of the ecosystem.
Don't vote for parties who destroy the environment.
