p.s. In response to one comment, I do know that this person obviously had to be in some deal of pain in some way. Unfortunately this person did not consider the misery it would bring to other people by killing the innocent, which is why i labeled him cold-hearted. He was cold-hearted in his act.

pretty damn cold,
I recently read up on a article regarding to how easy and convenient it was for people above 18 to obtain a firearm in Virgina was. People without a license were restricted to only one purchase of a firearm a month, while if you had a license you can buy as many as you can. Even out of state residents can go to Virgina and purchase a firearm with a one month waiting period. Unfortunately there is very little screening and restrictions for psychopaths or people who just want a gun for revenge from getting a hold of one.
In order to stop these shootings you've got to make the price of a bullet say $50,000. You can be damn sure there wont be any innocent bystanders if a bullet cost 50 grand. but a more realistic approach, stricken qualifications for a gun. Posters saying 25 to life is not a deterrent. You have to stop the problem right at the source; getting a hold of one. Forget probation periods for guns and stuff, a misuse of a gun should be a ban for life from holding one. make the waiting period for background check a few months longer, get more info on a person before handing them a tool that can kill. Most importantly ask the person applying for a gun license why he/she wants a gun? This one question alone is enough to screen out psychopaths and over raged people out for revenge who cant keep their composure. If possible just ban the sell of guns. Start tracking down those damn gun dealers who find firearms in peoples homes after a robbery, and stop using Mexico as a border line to smuggle weapons and drugs, I could careless about people coming over, but if something from Mexico can come all the way 3,000 miles east to the backyard of my neighborhood, it makes life a little more frightening and violent. And the hell with Iraq, start dealing problems at home, we ain't got no damn time caring about spreading democracy half way around the world.

They screwed the pooch on this one....Virginia tech will be sued into non exictence.....and they deserve it too... Way to let down the families that pay 10's of thousands of dollars a year to this school an entrust them wityh their kids lives....WAKE THE HELL UP you F-d up......
maybe now some conservative lawmakers who believe an AK-47 is just for sport hunting......... And maybe they can now pass a real law that is a little tougher than a 3 day waiting period before a 10 year old can get a UZI.......
Maybe we can stop worrying about what some old white guy says about black people on radio and focus on real issues like guns and how can someone walk around over the course of 3 hours and kill 40 ppl.....
Wake up america....ppl dont use your precious guns to hunt deer they are hunting each other....

I just think the videos he left behind are.... gay. This kid was a shame, what a way of taking it on other people..... perhaps he was picked on by others before but he does not look with a strong character, he is rather lame, I don't understand how he gathered the fake lame "guts" to kill so many people.
Based on his ridiculous writings and ideas, this kid fits perfectly in the emo category, and schools are infested with them so, we should pay some attention there.
Kids who kill people and then kill themselves are nothing but p@ssies, first why kill others because of your retarded feelings of being the "outsider" and second if they think they are "all that" why don't face the law, instead of just killing themselves.

What do you want me to do? I keep speaking out against the full-ownership of automatic weapons for a reason--but few people actually listen to me.
