I don't live there so I can't give you concrete opinion, but generally there are some guidelines. It depends on what your goals are. Social dance lessons are easier to come across. They differ in quality and the crowd they attract, you'll just have to check them out and see if you like them. Some of them claim to prepare you for competitions. If you want to compete - find out if any competitive dancers take lessons there, and what level they are. Generally, if Pre-Champ/Champ competitors go there to take lessons - that means they teach competitive ballroom.
