just bought a new pc 2 weeks ago,and just now noticed that the fan has`nt come yet....

You need to contact the manufacturer of the computer.

I am 100% sure this is a hardware fault, you are entiltled to a new replacment PC because it is faulty within 28 days of purchase.
The typical fault is the connection to the motherboard not seated or faulty thermostat but you will void any warranty if you open the case.

I don't know but here's a little tip, apostrophes go where a letter is missing so your has'nt and does'nt are meant to be hasn't and doesn't.. well, i wouldn't want any bad grammar on Yahoo... =)
