there is always a particular time that a PRO could be enmeshed in an office intrigues ,musliding or backstabbing. How will a PRO survive in such situations.

The only way to survive (and I mean with his/her integrity intact) is to ALWAYS act for the good of the company and not for any particular individuals in the company.
