I mean seriously. The people on P&S are geniouses compared to there. That's saying alot you know. Some people will just ask "My computer is broken" and think we're supposed to know how to fix it. Do they think we're psychic?? P&S pwns compares to the other sections.

What is P&S?
The environment for providing service is established by the companys. It's set up to be the cheapest way to go and not favorable for easy communication between regular customers and computer techs.
Some people are not interested in technical things and so computers aren't something intuitively understandable--yet computers are pervasive and we must use them.now..
Then also, many people have computers now who got out of school before computers were even introduced to the world. The language connected with computers is relatively new. Hard to communicate if you don't know the language, much less understand how the equipment works.

I know what your talking about. I once worked at a computer repare and they would throw the computer on the counter with no
summary of the problem. Hey, it steams me too.

I think it's because the idiots migrate to the computer section to reproduce. It's sort of like the swallows returning to Capistrano thing.
