Probably 10-6. They have improved, while other teams in the divison have done next to nothing. The Redskins have had no cap room to sign anyone, so they won't get worse. But they also have no draft picks. This should leave them around 5-11 like last year. The Giants are in a bit of trouble. They lost their star and leader in Tiki. They brought in Reuben Droughns to replace him, and Droughns is no Tiki. They also cut their left tackle, had his backup retire, cut the kick returner, and not done much else. They brought in a backup linebacker to be a starter, and that is it. They have no offensive leader, as Eli is a pussy, Shockey and Burress hating the management and just want the money and fame, they are aging and not improved on a defense that struggled last year, and they are an unstable team. Several players will likely blow up and split the team in half if the team loses early and often, the coach is on the hot seat, plus he gets no respect from his players, and he isn't a great coach. I see the Giants falling from 8-8 to about 6-10. Maybe 7-9 if the draft goes well. The Eagles are the biggest threat. They improved their defense a little with Takeo Spikes, but the offense took a hit with the loss of Jeff Garcia and Donte Stallworth, now when McNabb gets his annual season ending injury, his backup will be A.J. Feeley (not the best QB.) Meanwhile, the Cowboys have improved. The O-line is imroved by Leonard Davis, a Pro Bowler when he played guard in Arizona, and the FS position has stability with Hamlin, a guy who will play well and help develop Pat Watkins, a young guy with a lot of potential. At the draft, the Cowboys can only go up. With a new field goal holder, and Tony Romo having some experience under his belt, as well as the knowledge that he is starter, the Cowboys are AT LEAST one game better than last year, and maybe two.

A lot depends on their secondary playing consistent football. They made a good signing in Ken Hamlin so that should help a lot. Also Tony Romo can't keep turning the ball over like he was doing at the end of the season. But the Cowboys have a lot of talent and Parcells left Phillips a loaded team so I'll say they'll go 11-5.

10-6 in 2007.
I think they'll do better than this in 2008. With teams like Arizona, Cleveland and Pittsburgh on the schedule for 2008 I think the Cowboys will have a better record in 2008.

9-7. Philadelphia has made some great improvements this offseason. The Giants have improved defensively, and the Redskins didnt go ape wild in signing everyone in the world to huge contracts, the NFC Least has become the NFC East again. They're in for a dogfight all season long.

With Wade Phillips as the head coach and a still inexperienced QB in Romo? 8-8 at best

10-6
They will make it exciting in the Division vs. the Eagles, but will ultimately fall one game short and grab the 5 seed in the NFC. They will get revenge in the wild card matchup w/h Philly, but will get hammered in their divisional matchup.
So overall games, 12-6
