One of the issues I see many women struggling with is how to balance family and career. Many women want to express themselves in a satisfying career, but then find it is difficult to make time for a relationship and then when they have children and a spouse, that it is difficult to balance the many facets of their lives. There is a high level of guilt that nothing is being done 100%.
I also think that body image is an important issue for women. It may seem superficial, but it is a reality.People can say that they don't care, but I don't know a woman, unfortunately that doesn't struggle in one way or another with her appearance.
Lastly, I know many women are frustrated by the double standard--the fact that, in the workplace, a woman who is powerful, assertive and strong is thought to be a b@#$h, where a man with the very same traits is just a strong businessman.

We have forgotten that we are really truly equal but not separate...
If we were to realize that the smallest viable human unit is one of each and in order to succeed as a unit we shall augment each other... After all our purpose is to raise successful offspring to take over...
True, women are better doing some things than the men. After all we all can't use urinal standing we were not meant to ether.
Just think how long we would survive if we were to get emancipated and draw the line on the middle of the globe and move one group on one side and the other to the other... No mingling whatsoever...

Good news on a key issue: the wage gap.

A board member of the National Organization for Women identified the cause of the wage gap and how close it.

There are a couple links to a synopsis of his conclusions that he has written a book on.

(Note that he is a NOW Board member, not a right
wing chauvinist.)

Here's a comment from this member of the Board of Directors of NOW in NYC.

"After more than a decade of research for my book, WHY MEN EARN MORE, I discovered that men and women make 25 work-life choices that actually create a wage gap.

Men make decisions that result in their making more money. On the other hand, women make decisions that earn them better lives (e.g., more family and friend time)."

Check these links for more details on the wage gap issue from this NOW Board of Directors member.

Isn't it great to finally know the cause of this problem and what women can do about it? That women themselves can do something about it?

1. Sexism in the workplace A. The Wage Gap. It exists, according to US Government statistics. Women still make only 76% of what men make on average. B. The Glass Ceiling. It's not an issue in the military really, as far as advancement goes. But, it is terrible in larger corporations. It's a fact, look it up.

2. Balancing family and work. In today's society, women who have kids and a job are said to be abandoning their children. Meanwhile, the men don't face this sort of judgement. Women are still expected to give up their careers if they have children, while men can have their cake and eat it, too!

3. Gaining the respect she deserves as an individual, not the labels society puts on her as a woman. Stop sexism in the law. Stop rape and abuse. Also, the impossible standards of beauty have a choke-hold on us all. We'll never reach true equality until we throw the beauty myth out the window!

Women rights- We want 2 be respected as equal 2 men in the work place and else where!

Women do not always want 2 be seen as a sex object useful only in the bedroom and kitchen!

Women want 2 be heard and given more power, if more women were in higher office/power the world would be ran alot more smoother and better decisions would be made in world affairs!!
I no you said 3 but i had 2 throw this one in:
