Yes, I did. And all of her luxuries we had to invent. She had an apartment in one of my dresser drawers for a while. And she had a lovely wardrobe of dishtowels. GI Joe would come take her on dates driving a tank.
Ah... imagination.

Yes I played with Barbies & nope they were poor. haha. My parents refused to buy anything but clothes (cause I also had two younger sisters they had to buy toys for) so I used my imagination quite a lot. I got a small doll bed with a blanket for cheap at a garage sale, had an empty bookshelf that I used as a multi-story house, the bathroom sink was their pool & used those beginners roller skates for the cars. You know, those extendable blue plastic ones with the orange wheels & yellow straps?
I also had my mind in the gutter very early on & would have Barbie & Ken get it on all the time. LOL!

My Barbies had a grocery store and a pool set up...and a car...I think that's it. The dolls themselves didn't last very long though - my little sister loved to put real lipstick on their faces or pull there heads off. Anyone who's gone through that knows you could never get a Barbie head on the same again.

No, I hated dolls until I was 9 and my mother made me a rag doll which I loved. Got lost in a mud slide in the garden..."sniff". My nieces love Barbie and one of them had all the extras, which was passed down

I strongly consider you. yet it is in basic terms the way society perspectives issues. in basic terms the way that society perspectives that homosexuality is inaccurate, (no longer asserting any of those youngsters neccessarily would be) even although that's the comparable deal. that's approximately what's properly-known and what isn't. for some years, boys have performed with automobiles, and girls with dolls. fairly if the female is quite...older, she might experience like this. Many older human beings, like grandparents are like this. they have not got self belief something might desire to alter. (Mine are like this, even although there are some that are no longer.) that's actually stupid, youngsters might desire to be waiting to play with what they choose for. try chatting with the youngsters mothers and fathers if that's relatively bothering you, or talk to a distinctive guy or woman who works there.
