On an organised site there might be wi-fi, or you probably could find a live hot spot, possibly even legal, nearby. Try coffee shops. Otherwise you can use a mobile phone as a modem (EXPENSIVE!) or get a 3g data card for the laptop

WHAT DO I KNOW BUT my son has a lap top and he used to connect to a local company not so far away and use their internet.......most people don,t allow that and stop it.....it is possible you will get a connection and equally you wont.....camp sites are geared up for most things these days ,take any extra stuff you have with you as the smallest adapter may mean all

If u have a wireless card from a cell phone provider then yes. U must have a card and a plan to have data (internet access).
