At the gas station today, some little punks skateboarded up to me and starting saying things like "You filthy bum, buy a new hat!" and "You're old and you smell!"
So I smacked one with the gas nozzle and snuggied another one but the rest got away.
I feel bad, and now I can't sleep and I'm not even hungry.
What can I do?

I am proud of you. Granted it might not have been the best choice of actions, but what is done is done. Don't let it get to you.

You should be proud that you stood up to them, even though you hit one which is illegal, but thats ok, you know theyll leave you alone from now on
Its good that you feel guilty though, most people wouldnt think twice about what they did, it shows you have good character and we need more of that in our world

Turn yourself in. While in police custody you can get a shave, shower and clean clothes.
When you are freed from your period of unfortunate incarceration you can find those young punks, whip dey butts and say....how ya like me now!!!!
