Psychology, if you are looking to go into law enforcement. Something like biology or chemistry if you are interested in forensics. Business if you are looking at administration.

I disagree. Make yourself stand out. Take a minor in chemistry or Russian, something like that. In the short run you will get noticed, you will seem interesting and in the long run there will come a time when you will be the only one available with the right qualifications in some circumstance.
