Already starting to see a lot of questions on here turning this into a political blame game. Please show some repect and stay focused on the horrible tragedy that has happened today.

You can't understand the reason for that tragedy. This happen because kids learn to live with guns into their homes. It's free to carry a gun for most states in U.S. But you understant that that crise of violence shows a very important problem about society in civilized world and especially in U.S. where there are high levels of criminality. It's politcal issue the tragedy in Virginia, Not police issue. The citizens mustn't carry weapons!

I couldn't agree more. There is no place for politics in this discussion. But I think that the families of the slain will find a voice against gun violence. We need to learn from these tragedies...and do something so that they do not happen again!

Amen...this is a tragedy and innocent people died...this should not be taken advantage of for political gain..it is sad that stories like this are becoming commonplace.

I completely agree. I can't even imagine what they're going through. My heart really goes out to them -- as I'm sure most other people feel, I hope! That was such a senseless act.

Why? The liberals are already planning how they will use this tragedy to advance there anti-gun agenda. I will not let the Constitution be destroyed because some screwball shot up a college.

It is a horrible trajedy that people will blame on guns.
Guns are inanimate objects subject to the will of people.
