how do u get rock smash on Pokemon red version for the game boy color?

Rock Smash is not in the orginal Pokemon Red for Gameboy. It was not introduced into the series until Gold and silver along with whirlpool. The only HM's in Red/blue/yellow are; Flash, Streangth, Cut, Surf and Fly.
