The only planet which has water on its surface for sure is Earth. Mars probably has small quantities of water at or near its surface. Mercury and Venus are too hot, and all the others are too cold to have liquid water on their surfaces.

It's possible that even Mercury has a small amount of water on its surface, found in polar craters where the sun never shines directly (I can't remember off the top of my head whether this is a confirmed discovery or simply something they think is possible / likely). Earth, of course has lots of water. Mars has water, most of which is found in the polar ice caps, and likely in frozen deposits under the surface. Very many of the moons of the gas giants have water ice on their surfaces. It would appear that water is fairly common in the solar system - just that it's frozen everywhere except on Earth.

Venus, on the other hand is too hot to have any water on the surface. Its mean surface temperature is actually hot enough to melt lead!

(Some answers here say that Earth is the only one that has water, but they're thinking about liquid water. Water ice is still water. Steam is still water too, but it's not "on the surface" so that's why Venus definitely has none)

Here is an interesting article;
Our own solar system has two planets without water in the atmosphere, Grillmair noted: Mercury, which doesn't have an atmosphere, and Venus, which is a different type of planet from the huge gaseous ones that would be expected to have the components of water in the air.
