That is not a true statement.
The reason for this has nothing directly to do with whether it is true or false, but rather because it is self-referential. By definition a logical statement MUST either be true or false. Your so-called statement cannot be processed as either because of its self-referential nature. Therefore, it is either not a statement, or it has nothing to do with logic. The former interpretation seems more reasonable, since you refer otherwise to logical terms.
