Should the neolibs and neocons be forced to form their own neo parties and let the classic liberals and classic conservatives have their parties back?

yeah, sounds good.. they could form the neocratic party and eat their own.. it would be short lived.

does classic mean liberals are pro-slave owning? The parties evolve it would be silly to suggest they remain fixed
