You have to apply to the individual club for which you'd want to serve as a batboy.
For example, the Detroit Tigers' site says:
"Anyone interested in bat boy/girl positions with the Tigers should write to Detroit Tigers, Bat Boys/Girls, 2100 Woodward, Detroit, MI 48201-3474."
You should be able to find similar information on any team site.

go to mlb.com and click n the team you want and look for batboy openings i guess lol
