No. I supported the War in Afghanistan to go after the Taliban (you know, the people who attacked us on 9/11) as opposed to this war, which was unnnecessary in the first place and has only created MORE terrorists.
It is not a war, it is an occupation. The only war that is going on is between terrorists and the U.S. coalition forces. It would be interesting to see if there would be so much carnage if troops were not there.. : ( But we are there, and it's a sticky situation. No matter if we stay or if we pull out, Iraq will be one messed up place for at least a decade to come.

I was never in favor of the Iraq War, or even the War in Afganistan. I think the response to 9/11, should have been more along the lines of establishing a deterent to further agression.

Never was in favor of it. It had nothing to do with 9-11 or the "war on terror". There was no legitimate reason for us to attack and occupy Iraq.

No, like the others, I was never in favor of it. I talked to a man who has all of kids in the military, he himself was in the military, and all of his kids are in Iraq. He was TOTALLY for it before but now he is not because he feels we have accomplished all we can, and its time to set a plan for when to leave. Yes, great things have happened, but where do we go from here? Its time for it to end.

Those that don't favor the war lack knowledge of whats really going on over there. Speak to the Military and they will tell you that if we don't finish the job you wont have to worry about this global warming crap.

Status Quo wasn't working. We needed to go after the people who supported terrorist groups.
There were major mistakes made in the administration and recontruction process, but the decision to remove Saddam from power remains a good one.
