Any place that serves food should cook things how you ask. If they don't cook it right tell them so. Or don't go back. As far as I know things from raw meat give you digestive parasites, I have never seen something from undercooked meat being linked to worms in your brain. Its true you can have very tasty and still well done meat. You just have to cook it right. Most places to eat, if you order something well done, don't know how to cook and make things like rubber. I agree with you, I like my steak and such well done. Just eat what you like!

I think you are confusing the Raw Food Diet, with someone randomly under cooking meat. The raw food diet is almost exclusively vegetables and fruit, no meat as far as I am aware.

No reputable restaurant would serve undercooked meat, especially chicken or pork. Maybe you should change restaurants if they are TELLING you too eat raw meat and not letting you choose. A likely story.

Actually, chicken is supposed to be one of the more unsafe meats if not cooked well.

But, be that as it may, I have always liked my meat cooked rare. If it doesn't have at least a little red juice, you've cooked the taste out of it.
