I'm doing an aerobics presentation and the whole class has to do it, but we have to bring our own music and it has to be upbeat and motivational. Plus, no cursing. What would you suggest? As corny as it sounds, I'm thinking techno might be the best way to go. Whats your opinion? What songs would you pick?

Well I am actually a big fan of techno music. Depending on what speed you are looking for there are several different directions you could go in. For a quick paced aerobic excersize session I would recommend a genre known as Happy Hardcore. It's faster than other techno. There is a collection of Happy 2b Hardcore cds made by a DJ known as Anabolic Frolic. There are 7 cds in the collection, my personal favorites being the third and seventh in the collection. I assure you, if you can keep up, you will get quite the workout. Hope this helps!
