what do you think? ~ the house with the pool (it's smaller,4 years old, but really nice....it's really close to a school so there is lots of play equipment, track, etc.for the kids)
or the bigger home with 1 1/2 acres in the country with a big fenced yard...this house is new and real nice.
we're having a really hard time deciding.....they are both 4 bedroom 2 bth.......we just needing some different opinions on it.....thanks!

go with the pool house wat r u gonna do in the country u might as well be near other people instead of deer

I personally would go for the acreage: The pool is nice, but it does require maintenance.
Now, if the kids are involved in a lot of school activities, you might want to take the house near the school for that. But a larger piece of land will give you considerably more flexibility with what you can do with it.
