hilarity and the rest of her gun control croanies will be speaking out for gun control legislation. It is a real tragedy that took place today on the V-tech campus, but if the shooter wanted to get guns and ammo bad enough, he would have regardless of gun control laws.

I am a Republican and totally believe in a person's right to bear arms. I would like to know what kind of gun was utilized in today's shooting. I believe a person has a right to own a hand gun (non automatic) or a shotgun, but you have a hard time explaining to me why anyone (outside of an on-duty military person) would need to own an M-16, AK-47, etc.

Again, this is not a bash against the NRA or anyone else, but we need to pick our battles smarter. I don't think any reasonable person would argue in your right to own a handgun, shotgun, or rifle which is not automatic. You are more than capable of defending yourself with any of these.

That's pretty much the argument is how to monitor the illegal weapons in my opinion. Who ever jumps on the bandwagon. I thought Hill was a Senator? Why is she not in Congress instead of constantly on vacation? Alittle political time maybe on our dime or the State of New Yorks? Last I heard she was backing the basketball team. Those Clinton's never miss a photo op!

My prediction came true. Some people on Y/A will use this tragedy to further their own narrow views and opinions. Not caring at all for the lives lost and the families that are now suffering with grief.

Congratulations on proving me correct!

Yes, but with gun control laws it is harder to get the guns and ammo which is why they tend to reduce crime rates and are worth passing.

As sick as it is for people to capitalize on a tragedy to push an agenda, I'm afraid you have a point.

I agree every time there is a similar shooting the gun control crowd ramps up their rhetoric.

I think your prediction will come true. They are probably lining up right now for thier 15 minutes of fame in front of the cameras. I think it is sad that they use tragedy's such as this to try to shove their socialist crap agenda down our throat, but it's coming and we all know it.

you know.. so far the only people making this a political issue are those like yourself... if the democrats bring it up.. it won't be till people have a chance to grieve... something you might consider as well.
