How can we end poverty through out the world and in the USA?

I want to try to help but I don't know what to do.

Maybe we can more programs and politicians that support universal health care. Scientists can also find more ways to provide clean water and make more crops.

Christ said " the poor will always be with you" There have been many attempts throughout this nations history to try and eradicate poverty. Even the poorest in this nation are better off than most people in the developing nations. Until man puts there focus on the betterment of other men it will never happen. The best thing to do is to use the free market and capitalism to help create programs and products to help people live longer and better lives. For each individual to help those that are in need and teach those recipients to do the same in turn when they are able.

Poverty will not end until the 1000 year reign of Christ begins on this earth, when Satan, the Antichrist and the false Prophet and all those who received His Mark (A Micro or Verichip Implanted under the skin of the right hand in order to buy or sell), will be cast alive into a bottomless pit. During this 1000 year reign Christians willl be given rewards and crowns for their service to Christ and will also rule and reign with Christ during this time and those who have rejected Christ will not share in the 1000 year reign but will await judgement after the 1000 years has expired.

Why do you want to stop poverty when there is so much worse in the world like hunger and disease as poor doesnt equal unhappy, oh and about that I think that if you really need change in the world, politics shouldn't be a popularity vote it should be a job just like every other one, this way politicians have less pressure to make the right choice as opposed to the one thats likely to get them re-elected.

I would say that it'll take forever to end it, because a lot of people are really hatefull. It's even harder because who own this world is satan and he doesn't care what is happening he just wants to hurt us. I have learned that praying to God would make me better than anything else in this world. You know if we can't have peace you can start forget about ending poverty. Well hope it helps!! Good luck!

you cannot do anything for countries who believe in authoritarianism. they will shoot a person who demands independence and fair wage.

in situations in america it's up to the person. my situation is like many. I was laid off for a good damn year and a half. I just couldn't find any openings in the related field I have a degree in. tech jobs were in a decline over the past years. well, I just f-ing worked at home depot as a stock/sales person until I finally landed a f-ing job in my related field. I was struggling with payments, however, I didn't give up and start blaming and relying on the GOV.

Give up the big-screen tvs, expensive cars, and iPods and give the money to those who really need it. Which, in a sense, means we can't. Humans, generally speaking, are too lazy and selfish. The exceptions are exceptional, though, and I admire them!

You can do a can drive-giving food for the needed.
Clothes drive-Dress the homeless.
The more you help maybe people will follow your food steps. :)
