Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a ridding or self propelled lawn mower? Or have any suggestions on good brands. We have 2 lots and it take forever! Thank.

I just bought one today from Lowes under $300. Although it's an electric start (no cords), gas, self-propelled lawn mower, they have lots of nice riding-mowers too.

Of course, they always have the plan where you buy on credit and not pay for 12 months. It's great!

Check out this weeks ad on their website.

If you left the mower all winter with gas in it the gas most likely went bad. This will not only cause non starts but it will foul up the engine.

Plus the mower probably just needs a tune up. There are tune up kits you can buy cheap but first I would drain the gas.

you probably did no longer ruin your backyard mower. Drain the oil right down to the completed mark. It feels like there is to lots oil interior the engine. If there is too much oil interior the crankcase there is no longer adequate space for the shifting areas to go without intense resistance from the oil. The oil dip stick is on the the filler cap. deliver the oil to the completed mark on the dip stick. in the adventure that your undecided a thank you to empty the oil ask a pal or neighbor for help.

Keep a close eye on Craigslist. I found a nearly-new mower last spring for almost half of the new price.
