No need to worry! Sounds like miliaria. "Miliaria — small, raised, red bumps that often have a white or yellow "head" — is sometimes called infant acne because of its appearance. Although miliaria often occurs on the face and may be present on large areas of the body, it's a harmless condition that will go away within the first several weeks with normal skin care." Is it possible that he could have chicken pox? Was he introduced to a new food? Does he also have dry skin? Did you change detergents? All of these things could cause bump like rashes on children. Consult your child's doctor.

You would want to follow up with a doctor- it can be something very minor like a reaction to perfume or your fabric softener or it could be a sign of an infection, a disease or virus.

Just take him to a doctor and let them figure out what it is. They know better than the people on Yahoo! Answers.

i wouldn't worry but i would go to the doctor... there are som many things it could be and none of us here really know what it is without seeing it even then we didn't go to school to learn alll the things that doctors and peditricians know:) If they aren't bothering him don't do anything yet untill you see a dr... If they are go to the ER if you can't get to your doctor...

its sounds like baby acne. A dermatolgist could tell you whether it is due to an allergic reaction. Sometimes these can be a sign that the baby is allergic to something.
