The Whitehouse does not have a guest house per se. However, when foreign dignitaries arrive to Washington they are offered a room in the Whitehouse to sleep. The Security details and visiting support personnel stay in a Hotel near the Whitehouse that is heavily guarded the name is the Willard Intercontinental Hotel. Same block opposite corner is Hotel Washington.

Mean time, there is a Home/Hotel/Residence being constructed/renovated for former Presidents to stay in when they are in Washington (presumably free of charge). Cannot recall the name or the location but you could probabley google it.

Hope this helps!

The White House has guest bedrooms. The Lincoln Bedroom is one. I imagine you could find the names of the others online.
