Why is it that humans are the only animals that have to wipe?

That is not completely true. Many animals wipe. We are just the only ones that don't use the ground, leaves, or our tongues.

Because we have the worst diet of all the "animal kingdom" -- we never get enough fiber, we eat too much fat, and never practice the art of fasting.

Animals in the wild will do all of that. Humans don't.

Part of has to do with being upright also. If you look at any quadruped like cat, dog, horse, etc.. you will see that because their body is horizontal, they have no butt cheeks. This means less residue on their bodies when they poop (usually). And when there is residue, they either clean it like a cat, or ignore it.

we don't have to, we are just to only animal that seems to care enough to. It is the same answer as "why do humans wera clothing?" we are the only one who care.
