I have been working at this place for a year and I'm still making the same that I made when I first got hired. And they just hired a bunch of people and some of them are making more than I am. Everyone there says I'm one of the hardest workers there, and now I just need a raise. How should I ask for one? Thank you!!!

Approach it from the point of specifying everything that you have accomplished, and then why you think you deserve a raise. You can also suggest what you would like to accomplish with the new position, and why it raise would be worth it to them.

First, make a list for yourself - what you've learned, achieved over the last year, what you plan on doing for the company, etc. Make another list for your boss - areas where you can improve, what you can do to step up to the next level, etc.
Now schedule a time to meet with your boss for about half an hour and tell him/her that you would like to do an informal review. Explain your list and goals.
Best thing to do is to open up a line of communication - let them know that even if the raise doesn't happen this time around, you are working on getting one and on being a good employee.

Go up to your boss and tell him that you're the hardest worker there, and that you would appreciate adequate compensation for it. If that doesn't work, extortion will, but it's risky... When you ask, though, let him/her know that your co-workers will attest to your skills and experience; that'll gain you points.

Bust in door, kick a chair, and say...

"Gimme a raise you fat sack of crap!"

That should do it.
