You should contact Avon directly and let them know what happened and who your representative is. They may be able to send you the product or give you a refund if you're no longer interested.

From the way your question reads, it sounds like the representative is the one who ripped you off... not Avon. If you returned the shoes to your rep, she should have claimed the exchange or credit with her next order. Even still, Avon is a wonderful company and stands behind every product they sell. You should contact the Avon company at 1-800-FOR-AVON and explain the situation. You will need to give them your representative's name and phone number so they can handle the matter directly with them. Avon itself will either ship you the correct size or refund your payment. In the future, Avon ships orders to the representative every two weeks. If more than 2 1/2 weeks have passed, contact the representative immediately.

I am a very successful Avon representative going on my 7th year.

Hope this helps.

I would go directly on the website and either e-mail them or call them. I'm sure they would help you out. Don't listen to the others. Avon does not suck. If your rep isn't selling anymore, its not her fault. She wouldn't be in contact with her customers anymore, unless they are good friends. And, next time, give me a call, I could be your rep! I have been selling AVON for over 2 years, and if a customer wanted to return something, even if I was quitting, I would still take care of it for her, as I have made good friends with all my customers.

representatives for avon come and go, they are not easy to contact since they dont work 'inside' avon or something, they are just people like me and you who pay avon a couple bux to become a representative. my sister was a representative previously but she is not anymore, so she wouldnt be in contact w/ her old customers either. the best thing to do is contact avon directly 1-800-265-AVON monday to friday 9am-7pm. good luck. if they dont listen, you can always call some consumer hotline and file a complaint against avon itself.

go the avon website & contact the district or region manager, someone higher up above your local representative...explain the problem...hopefully u have your receipt as evidence that u did pay for the product...this happened to me before, but as long as u have proof that u are in the right, i`m sure they will either offer u a refund of your money, your product, or a credit for another avon item!!! good luck!!!

i'm an Avon consultant and these days they have began ripping me off with returns. In Jan I processed a return and that they claimed there grew to become right into a scarcity in it in spite of the shown fact that i'm useful that there grew to become into no shortages in my return they refused to furnish me credit for the object they claimed grew to become into short. Then a pair of months later I processed a return of a single merchandise and that they claimed that there grew to become into no longer something interior the field and reversed my refund! EXCUSE ME AVON yet you're LIARS! i did no longer deliver back an empty field... They screw over their representatives. they seem to be a unethical organization! i'm satisfied to be complete with them!

That is terrible! I am a representative, and I would never do that to a customer!

I would suggest trying to find your representative on white pages, or even better, contact AVON itself and let them know what happened.

So sorry for your inconvenience. Call me next time...lol. :-P

Start with the web site. www.AVON.com Click on assistance & you can email them. You may be able to get a phone #. Chances are though the rep failed to return them & they have no record of the sale.
Or you could go to the site & get a new rep & contact her & see if she can help you get a contact #.
Good Luck.

Contact another representative. If you have a book, there should be a phone number on the back.
