First thing is first, can you actually act??????????????????????????????????????
Once you have figured this out get into local theatre and stuff accept every thing you get no matter how small, every one starts somewhere. Try taking Drama class/es.

You cannot learn about acting on a website.
If you are in school, join the drama department.
If you are not in school, ask your parents to call the Community Theater in your city, or call the drama department of the universities in your city and ask where you can take acting lessons.

2.Study People.And their acting.It will give you ideas
3.Try out for as many plays as you possibly can.Don't give up if you get turned down.You may not be exactly what they are looking for.
4.Record all commercials,plays,movies,etc that you have done.
5.Acting classes could be a bonus.
