Convert to rectangular form.

Um... theta = 45 degrees but I don't think that's you want.

If you are asking to convert from polar coordinates to rectangular coordinates, you'd need to give us a radius.

Or maybe I'm suppost to assume all r, which in that case it would be the function y = x.

OR you're talking about the unit circle, and in that case it's going to be:
(cos(pi/4) , sin(pi/4) which is
(sqrt(2)/2 , sqrt(2)/2)

(cos(pi/4),sin(pi/4) make sure you are in radians when you do this.
