making comments like she shouldn't be showing her butt because it's flat and look at her butt she need to pull her shirt down. does it mean she is really paying attention to womens butts because am starting to feel uncomfortable around her

Sounds like she has insecurities of her own and is pointing out other womens butts to make herself feel better. She will probably talk about you as well when you aren't around.

Most of the time it's her butt is way too big for that, not to flat for that. Sorry gigantic butts are disgusting.

Sure it is. Why not its the same for male counterparts. All they ever talk about is "Look at that girls butt. " So for us women sometimes it is "Look at this men's ***."
