Depends on who you talk to. Some people say 12 weeks for obvious reasons, some say 13, and some even say 14.
14 makes most sense to me simply b/c when you're considered 14 weeks pregnant, that makes the baby's age 12 weeks from the date of conception.

The first trimester is 12 weeks, so it ends at the last day of the 12th week.
