Surfing or snowbording. In general, anything that uses strength and balance will be fun and easy. I found both to be fun and relatively easy.
If you want it to be still dance related, try ballroom. You can get good pretty fast, given your experience.
Ice skaiting is fun, and the benefits are all the same as for any other sport or dance. Fitness, balance, self-expression. It's not any more expensive than taking dance lessons. Of course, the better you get, more expensive your training gets.

well, tumbling is way fun and you aren't too old to start. i'm the same age and just started a couple years ago. but you have to be willing to work at it and you have to be flexible enough. or you at least have to stretch. cheerleading is also fun. you should try it. but your school might offer cheerleading or you might have a clinic. anyways, you are not too old to start tumbling or cheerleading, so get out tehre and have fun!

Try colorguard. in some of the more advanced colorguards, dance is huge. THe lead dancer in our guard, Taylor got written two or three dance solos. It's never to late to join the colorguard. Last thing, if you're looking more to dance than anything else, i would advise you to join winterguard.

Gymnastics, you know Nadia? This is the best way to get in shape and become aware of your surroundings. When you are upside down you become aware of what you are really capable of. Most schools offer this program, but if not, join a local gym. They will help.

Ice skating is benefitial for dance and dance is benefital for ice skating. Try gymnastics or other types of dance. You can still do cheer leading. And I think ice skating is just as much as dance class.
