Not always. If you only had sex once during her cycle, then yes it could only be that day. But there's no way a doctor can tell you for sure which day you conceived if you had intercourse more than once during a woman's cycle. The best they can do is guess based on when she probably ovulated.
A lot of times, the woman herself will know the date better than the doctor. With my last 2 babies, because I track my fertility with Natural Family Planning, I knew the day I conceived and my doctor was a week off with his due date prediction. I had ovulated early so I conceived early, but he insisted on using his "when was your last period?" formula.....
That formula is not always reliable.

Yes, they can be accurate within a few days. But they need to do a sonogram to get a more accurate read of how far along she is. She could have been pregnant and still have a period or two without realizing she was prego.
When the pregnancy is a bit further along... they do a sonogram where they measure the baby's growth and more accurately judge the age and date of conception as well as delivery date.
Sounds to me you're questioning this pregnancy. I'd recommend you go to the doctor's office when it's time for the sono so that you can find out the true dates.

NOPE! He can not. It is not possible to get the exact day. Doctors assume that ALL women ovulate on the 14th day of their cycle. Yes most do ovulate on day 14 but not all. Plus what the dr. is guessing is the day that this girl ovulated NOT the day that she had sex. You can have sex 3-4 days before ovulation and get pregnant by that sex act. The sperm can live for up to 5 days.
So if she did ovulate on the day that the dr. thinks she did then the baby could very well be yours. But if she had sex with anyone else in the few days before that then it might not be yours.
The only way to know is to get a DNA test after the baby is born. But until that time step up to the plate and be a daddy until you know otherwise.

No because sperm can live 3-7 days. Then it can take 6-12 days for the egg to implant after it is fertilized. It is a human body NOT A TIMEX.
I think you have reason to be concerned about his woman. Firstly you need a DNA test. Then if you are the father when you get a lawyer make sure there is some studying done to make sure she is a fit mother.
"When an egg is fertilized, it takes about 6 to 12 days to implant in the uterus, and then it begins to secrete hCG"
"Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; "

"Research has shown that some sperm may survive in the Fallopian tubes up to 7 days, with the average amount of time being 3 to 4 days."

"In certain environments such as the female reproductive tract beyond the cervix, sperm can live for as much as five to seven days."

The doctor can get close, but it's impossible to know exactly when conception took place. Sperm can live between 3-5 days in the uterus, and if the egg is released anywhere in that time frame, conception can happen. Only way to know if the kid is yours is to have a paternity test done when the baby is born. Until paternity is proven, you have no legal obligation.

No, but they can give an estimate, which is the best you can hope for. Now, they probably worded it as "fact" to her, but like I said, its an estimate. If you had sex with this girl and it falls on THE day they estimate for conception, be the man and do the right thing. If you question paternity, wait till baby comes and pay for a DNA test.

The doctor calculates is according to the first day of her menstrual cycle - yes, it can be that accurate. My doctor pinpointed the day I conceived and he was right. :)

There is no sure-fire way, even if you know the only date of copulation. Sperm can live in the vagina up to seven days, and conception can happen in any one of those seven days after sex.
