He won't get it back soon and here's why:
The Undertaker has been told this will be the first long-term title run of his career. Vince told him he wanted to give him a long-run but needed a commitment to a full-time schedule in return. It remains to be seen just how long Undertaker can keep up the schedule as he is in need of a hip replacement. The idea of Undertaker/Batista was first pitched last August by Dusty Rhodes and Alex Greenfield. Vince approved it in September but said no decision on the finish would be made at that time, prompting many to think he wanted Batista to end the streak. In truth, Vince doesn't want the streak to end and so it probably never will.

Currently the Undertaker is scheduled to have the longest World Heavyweight Title run in the history of professional wrestling. Sorry Batista fans.

My theory, Batista will become heal after Backlash, Undertaker will still be champ until Mark Henry or Kennedy get it. Then if then maybe they will try a Batista feud again with one of them 3 (Kennedy, Mark Henry, Taker or Even Kane)
Unless they do that damm draft again and move everyone around again.

Yes he will he is too popular not to get the title back in the near future. Maybe from Kennedy if he cashes in the MITB at Backlash.

he wont get it back 4 a long time! vince promised taker a long title run in exchange 4 taker becoming a full time wrestle... so he will be champ 4 a while and kennedy is going 4 cenas belt...
