Doesn't really need to be a live game, just to watch a streamed game after it has already been played, but I don't want to pay for it. like mlb.com. Any suggestions?

Subscribing to MLB.TV is the only way to get streaming video of games, either live or recorded, unless you were to find a site posting them illegally.

My guess is that you're unlikely to find such a site, because MLB is extremely vigilant about protecting their rights and will aggressively go after anyone using their product without permission.

As for MLB.TV itself, I'd recommend against its purchase. Watching those games on your computer - even with the cool Mosaic feature they have this year - just isn't nearly as good as watching them on TV.
