Are they Conservative or Neo-Conservative?
Or are both parties virtually identical, besides their preference to torture, abortion, and gay marriage?

I am sorry I don't watch FAUX news. I find most news as reported on the tv to be nauseating. Once you know the truth, a diet of lies tends to do that. I just know a bit about gun control and what it is about. Today's tragic situation promotes the agenda for gun control as almost all similar atrocities have.
I am a pacifist Muslim. If you had asked me a year ago if all guns should be banned, I would have agreed theoretically but realized the impossibility of it ever being an effective measure to enforce. However I have done a complete reversal on the matter since becoming much more politically aware.
The Illuminati manipulate humanity through the mind and emotions. There are too many people and too few Illuminati to control people physically, except on a small scale. They have to manipulate the way the masses think and feel, so we live our lives and see the world in the way the Illuminati want us to. For instance, the most powerful of the manipulation techniques is one I call Problem-Reaction-Solution. It works like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82iQeHCabJU
Catchy video. Problem Reaction Solution set to some cool music.
You want to introduce something you know the people won't like. In this instance, gun control. This may be more power to the police, a further erosion of basic freedoms. You know that if you offer these policies openly the people will react against them. So you first create a PROBLEM, a rising crime rate, more violence, a terrorist bomb, a government collapse, or you get one of your Illuminati puppets like Saddam Hussein to go to war.
You make sure someone else is blamed for this problem and not you, the real people behind it all. So you create a "patsy", as they call them in America, a Timothy McVeigh or a Lee Harvey Oswald. You then use your media to tell people what they should think about your manufactured event and who they should blame for it. This brings us to stage two, the REACTION from the people - "This can't go on what are THEY going to do about it?"
This allows THEY to then openly offer the SOLUTION to the problems they have created - new legislation which advances their agenda of centralization of global power or the erosion of more basic freedoms. This technique is being used all the time on the human mind and emotions, not least with the stream of mind-controlled youngsters and adults who go crazy with guns around the world and immediately prompt renewed demands by the populace for gun control laws.
I say this as someone who does not have guns and believes passionately in non-violence. But if we are going to be street-wise we need to look beyond our own beliefs and realize that the Illuminati are seeking to systematically disarm those who WOULD use weapons against them.
Just before Adolf Hitler began to fill the concentration camps he introduced the same anti-gun legislation which we are seeing today all over the world.
We are now at a crucial time in this agenda's history. So many cards are waiting to be played by the Illuminati in the next 12 months. We are at a crossroads in human history. We can choose freedom or fall under the control of a global fascist state, a global version of Nazi Germany.
Just an aside, ever wonder why Michael Moore got press with his anti Bush stuff? He follows the ban on guns party line! His political exposes are mediocre at best and he leaves out any references to Zionism. Yet, David Icke and the knowledgeable theorists don't get a minute of air time. makes ya wonder, doesn't it? Think about it folks.
I am still shocked that I am now pro-arms for anyone who wishes to own them in a legitimate capacity!

If sounds more like you're trying to convince yourself that Fox New is racist rather than Y!A. If you want REAL racism, then go listen to the filth spewed out a bullhorn at a white supremest rally. THAT is racism. You might have a point on a couple of these, most of the rest are out-of-context or just tacky but that's it. When you look this hard for racism, you're going to find it, even if it's not there. It seems that the difference between vicious and racist comments is the color of the person they're directed too.

I believe in gun control too,I control very carefully the impact point of every shot. As over 85% of the gun crime in the US is committed by people who either illegally own their guns or with stolen firearms already I don't really see how adding more laws to the already 20,000 plus statutes on the books involving gun control is really going to help. Here's an idea, enforce the laws that already exist and increase the penalties for violent crimes.

I have said this many times before:
Fox News is drifting towards the centre.
Nobody or no organisation can stay ignorant forever.
Defending Bush and his idiotic ideologies is bad for business.
Mr. Bush, you are being 'deserted' left, right and centre.

I think one major goal of the media is to divide the public opinion, using controversial matters that may never be solved. It keeps us from focusing on more important matters. Like WTF are we doing in Iraq? WTF happened on 9/11 and how in Gods name are we going to save our economy in the next few years?
1. Oil, power
2. False flag, inside job
3. Baby boomers, Greenspan's bandage has caused staff infection.
