Go to the top left of your internet screen click tools then find Internet options at the bottom then click it and now you'll see a new window, look for temporary internet files and click "Delete cookies" "Delete files", "Clear history" and that should do the trick!

Sneaky, Sneaky! =D

I strongly recommend "Windows Live One Care" Its available at the Microsoft website. (Search the site for spyware and it'll point you there). It has a fully functional 90 day free trial and takes care of viruses, spyware, system tune up and backup to cd\dvd. After installing go to "configure one care" and check "remove unnecessary files" and it will clean up your temporary Internet files. I saved 255 megs with that.
I'm not a big fan of Microsoft but this package seems to work really well.

Hope this helps.

BTW if you are running another anti-virus or anti-malware uninstall them before installing one care
