We ALL..as Humans....need totally to COME TOGETHER,,,real soon...or we Will NOT have THOSE freedoms..lets Stop being hateful and greedy...and just LOVE ONE ANOTHER....sad in Colorado.

Maybe it's the friends you keep. You need to get out more.
This country is the first in the world for charitible contribution of money, by far. It's 17th in the whole world for hours of volunteerism per person (this is a big world, 17th ain't bad!). It gives more blood per person than any other. It donates more medicine, food, and shelter than any other. It's own poor have better standards of living than the middle class of many other nations.
If you think that we're all hate and "NO LOVE", you don't know what's out there.

The reason we have so much violence, and hate, and what not, is that people believe that they are not getting what the deserve which in some cases is true, but violence is not the proper way of going about getting what you've earned, also people need to have a clear perspective on what they have indeed Earned. And the right way of going about, getting rid of all the hate is not to revoke everyones freedom.

Hon, there is love. It is sometimes hard to find. yes, this is a country of great freedom. We have had a crisis. There are crises all over the world though. Let us focus on the good in others...and spread that good as far as you can. BE THE CHANGE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN THE WORLD! (i don't know who said that...it is a quote. But they were brilliant.) Freedom is worth when you are responsible as a human being. Freedom doesn't connote 'free to do whatever we want' There is society, family and individual. We have got great responsibilities towards society, family and also in our personal life. If you adopt all the three in balance, society will flourish, family will be secure, you can remain peaceful and content.
