after a bath use Scholl Corn and Callus file which has a coarse side to get rid of hard skin and a smooth side to smooth out remaining roughness.Afterwards use a moisturising foot cream on your feet and see the difference,it works for me!

Have you ever heard of a pumice stone? buy one, and then soak your feet in a hot bath for about 20 minutes. Then after they are nice and soft, use that stone to scrub those suckers clean! th softened skin should slough right off! If not, then your problem is beyond everyday help and needs some serious medical attention.

Yep, athletes foot! Soak your feet (just a matter of time before you get it on your right foot) in warm water and white vinegar. Put about a cup of vinegar to a quart of water. Vinegar is an antibacterial agent. Dry them with a clean towel and use clean cotton socks. If you're going barefoot around any wet, damp places, this might where you picked up this fungus. You should also clean out your shower/tub. I would pick up some anti-fungal cream and use it as directed.

Ouch! I hate it when that happens. Fortunately, you can apply Vaseline to the soles of your feet, polish your soles with a pumice stone, and/or use a heel file. All of these products can be found at your local drugstore. Hope it works :)

A pumice stone works good on this. Actually, the spin spa they advertise on TV has a pumice stone on it and it works great. They also sell them at walgreens and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

My wife does too, she runs and the callus! I get her pumice stones and rub her feet in the tub and that smooths them out! I also give her feet rubs with foot lotion! Seems to help also!
Good luck!

a pumice stone, and before you go to sleep but a thin layer of vasaline on your feet and put socks on, when you get up in the morning take the socks off, take a shower or wash it off, use a deep moisture lotion and go on with your day. it works fantastically. :)

Use a pumice stone, they'll gently remove it. Do it during or after a bath.
