It's absolutly horrible, I used to believe that school was a safe place, but ever since colombine I realize that it is not true. My dad was telling me about things from back in the 70's, like Kent State, but it's nothing compared to how bad things are now. I am a student teacher, and at the school I work at we are very serious about threats, some schools apparantly don't take things like threats seriously.

here is a lot of jealousy and hatred do to people thinking that they are better than others do to the way they live because of money and what they have and the people with more money judging the people with less as lower class and it's not right we all live in tha same world, walk on the same ground and breath the same air. We just choose to live differently, why can't people stop judging and accept people for who they are no matter how much money they have!

What are future parents thinking right now, home schooling, I guess! There is no good way to predict which one of these head cases will go postal at school. It makes me sick, these innocent kids and their teachers having to get through something like that.

people who say it happens every where but they don`t hear about it are wrong i don`t think any where i n Europe has mass shootings as a regular occurrence like America we seem to hear about it happening there all the time

Kids have nothing productive to do anymore. Chores and work are seemingly outdated concepts. Back in the old days they were too busy to dream up stuff to get in trouble.

I wonder how come the parents of the shooter or friends didn't "see the red flags" that something was wrong ! Did they just look away to his behaviour? They should be questioned now!!!
